You must attend a sales presentation of the Financial Power Summit (FPS) event of
approximately 90 minutes to be eligible to enter, win, or receive any gift or prize.
FPS is a one-day event that offers four to five 90-minute speaking sessions on wealth
accumulation and preservation strategies. You must be present at the drawing to
be eligible to enter, win, or receive any gift or prize. No purchase or payment
of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes or contest. Winning a
prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements in these Rules. The Officials

participation in this promotion may apply.
THE PRIZE: Insignia 42" Plasma Television.
ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes are open only to registered attendees
of FPS who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Business
Skills Corporation, its subsidiaries, or affiliated partner client companies are
not eligible. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited.

ODDS OF WINNING: Dependent on the number of eligible attendees
at any given FPS event.
APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: The television has an approximate retail
value of $900.
AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the sweepstakes,
each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules
and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related
to the sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements
set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the sweepstakes, you must register and attend
a FPS event. At the FPS event you will receive a ticket with a number and the corresponding
ticket and number will be placed in the drawing for the television. At the end of
the FPS event one winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner must take immediate
possession of and responsibility for the prize. Winner is responsible for all tax
obligations incurred as a result of winning the prize.
WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected
by random drawing from the eligible attendees at each FPS event. The drawings will
be held at the conclusion of the FPS sales presentation.
DESCRIPTION OF FPS PRODUCTS: The Financial Power Summit event will
be offering and promoting the sale of consumer products and services in the form
of instruction and educational materials with a retail value of $1,995.00 to $6,995.00.
The product offering is from one or more of the follow training institutes; National
Probate Institute®, National Foreclosure Institute® , GlobalTec Solutions™, LLP,
Institute of Commercial Real Estate™, Robert Allen Institute®, Optionetics® and
LifeSuccess Academy.
GENERAL CONDITIONS/RELEASE: By participating, entrants (a) release
Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all
liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused
by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally
identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse
of the prize; and (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in
any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee,
expressed or implied, in fact or in law. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY
OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE
THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL
LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE
IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall
not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the sweepstakes is
not capable of being executed as planned, or if for any reason, in the opinion of
Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity,
or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion
to disqualify any suspect Entry or entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the sweepstakes. Entrants agree that in case he/she is a winner, his/her name, likeness,
photos or personal information can be used by Sponsor for advertising, promotion,
or publishing. To receive the prize, the prize winner may be required to execute
certain documents at the time the prize is awarded or up to 21 business days thereafter.
DISPUTES: Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims
and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the sweepstakes or any prize
awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action,
and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Orange County, Florida, USA;
(b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket
costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this sweepstakes but in
no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will registrant be permitted
to obtain awards for, and registrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive,
incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket
expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions
concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these
Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations
of the Sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed
in accordance with, the laws of State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice
of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction),
which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State
of Florida.
ENTRANTS PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from Entrants
is subject to the Financial Power Summit Privacy Policy.
